Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items (excludes party favors & customized items)

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Upon receiving a return, we will inspect the items and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Full payment is required before any order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Policy

Free delivery within 10 miles of business headquarters, extra fee for longer distances.
